Behavioral Interviewing

In this course, participants will learn the importance of hiring the right people for the position and organization; learn the definition of behavioral interviewing; understand the benefits;  identify the steps in preparing and conducting behavioral interviews; and, writing behavioral interview questions.
 
Every hire that the organization makes is important.  The cost of a bad hire can be seen in training and re-training expenses; loss of productivity and lower morale; a repeat recruitment campaign; and, damaged relationships.
